I am a secondary History teacher in the West Midlands. Currently I am teaching Year 9 through to Sixth Form. We teach AQA History at GCSE: Empire, World War One, Elizabeth I and America, and at A Level I specialise in Russian History.
I created this site to share ideas and reflect on my career so far in teaching, focusing on the ‘ups’ rather than the ‘downs’.
Everyday we give a little bit of ourselves when we teach, that sometimes it is important to take a step back to refocus on you. If you aren’t right, then your students and classroom won’t be. We change lives everyday.
